The Rev. Bishop Victor M Artreche was born in Lancaster, PA on August 6, 1961. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Judaic Studies from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry from Asbury Theological Seminary specializing in Homiletics and Hermeneutics (ABD). Dr. Artreche also completed studies in preaching, urban ministry, and counseling at Trinity Seminary, Chicago, Illinois.
Sandra K. Artreche
First Lady
Pastor Sandra K Artreche, or Sandy as she is affectionately known, was born on March 27, 1963 in Santurce, Puerto Rico. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, with specializations in science and psychology, a Master's degree in theological studies from Asbury Theological Seminary, and a Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.
